Postage is free to all Australian locations.
International postage rates apply when posting outside of Australia. For larger orders to international destinations you may be liable for import duties and taxes, please check your own country guidelines.
NAKD posts with Australia Post
Items will be posted within one business day after payment has cleared.
Postage usually takes between 1-6 business days for all metropolitan areas and up to 9 days for regional areas, within Australia.
Postage times to international destinations will vary, depending on the postal service of each destination country.
Returns and exchanges
Please ensure you have consulted our size chart prior to purchase as our items may be sized differently to other brands. After purchase if you wish to exchange your item for a different size this is not a problem, return postage cost however must be covered by the customer. The item must be returned in new condition within 7 days of purchase.
We do not offer cash refund.
Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to exchange an item.
Our singlets are in demand, if your size is not currently available it will be soon. Please contact us with your details if you wish to be on our waiting list and we will contact you as soon as possible when stock is available.
To help you get the items you want before they sell out, you can now pre-order items.
To pre-order an item, you will need to add the available product colour and size to your shopping bag as if you were placing a normal website order. You will then need to follow the check-out process as normal and pay for the item. As soon as the item is available we will send it out. If your order contains a mix of pre-orders and in stock items, we will ship the pre-orders separately at no extra charge (if you have chosen express postage we will send your in stock items express and pre-orders items will be sent standard postage, unless you organise otherwise with us). Your order confirmation email will contain both in stock and pre-order items.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances your pre-ordered items are no longer available we will provide a full refund. Or you will be notified if they are delayed, and you can choose what you would like to do.
